Psychotherapy for those drawn toward depth, meaning, and inner life.
Is life asking something of you? Let’s listen together.
Perspective
I work from a depth psychology orientation, which approaches suffering and distress not simply as something to eliminate, but as something that may be asking to be understood. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, this work attends to meaning, relationship, and the movements of the inner life. We listen for what is emerging beneath the surface — in patterns, images, emotions, and recurring questions. Change tends to come not through force or quick answers, but through sustained attention and reflective dialogue.
About Me
I am a depth-oriented psychotherapist with training in counseling, religious studies, pastoral care, and experience working with emerging adults and individuals facing life transitions. My approach is reflective, and grounded in Jungian and depth psychology traditions. I welcome all people on their journey toward wholeness.
